Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients and stir until evenly mixed.
Heat coconut oil so it's melted, stir in the other wet ingredients, and mix into the dry ingredients
Spread the granola mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, pressing down lightly with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the granola is golden brown
Remove from the oven and store in an airtight container
