Steps

make sandwich layering bread -> mustard -> half the cheese -> ham -> turkey -> remaining cheese -> mayo -> bread

prepare the batter in a shallow bowl by whisking eggs milk, salt, and pepper

head pan over medium heat with butter. Dip the sandwich in the batter on both sides and cook until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted

move from the pan and let it cool slighly. Dust with powdered sugar
