Reuben Sandwich

rye bread
120 g
corned beef
40 g
gruyere cheese
60 g
sauerkraut
30 ml
russian dressing
unsalted butter
In a pan over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat and fry the sauerkraut until it's heated through and slightly caramelized
Layer the sandwich bread-> half the dressing -> corned beef -> sauerkraut -> gruyere -> remaining dressing -> bread.
Heat a pan over medium heat with the remaining butter and grill the sandwich until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side
