Tuna Salad

canned tuna
, drained, drained, drained

red onion
, diced, diced, diced
dill pickles
, diced, diced
celery

parsley

60 ml
mayonnaise
2.5 ml
dijon mustard
5 ml
lemon juice
Drain tuna in colander and shred with fingers until no clumps remain and texture is fine and even.
Mix tuna, lemon juice, celery, onion, pickles, and parsley in a medium bowl
Fold in mayonnaise and mustard everything is mixed and season with salt and pepper to taste
