Northern Mexican Burritos. These burritos are simple, focusing on quality ingredients and traditional flavors. Typically, they’re smaller than American burritos and contain just one or two fillings—often a savory meat and/or beans—wrapped in a soft flour tortilla.

Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned
