Cut the Italian roll lengthwise, leaving one side attached to create a hinge.
On the bottom half, layer the provolone cheese, then the salami, capicola, mortadella, and pepperoni.
Top with tomato slices, red onion, and banana peppers
Drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar over the veggies. Sprinkle with oregano and black pepper to taste.
Close the sandwich, press gently, and slice in half
