Chicken & Veggie Stir-Fry

soy sauce

sesame oil
Heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, add it to the pan, and cook until lightly browned and cooked through (about 5–6 minutes). Set aside
Cook add garlic and ginger to the pan and cook for 30s to infuse the oil
Add soy sauce, carrot, and broccoli and stir fry for 1-2 minutes until just tender
Add bell pepper, and onion. Toss everything together for 1–2 minutes until well combined and heated through. We added these veggies after the broccoli because we want them to keep some of their crispness
Add the chicken back and the scallions ad stir fry for an additional minute
