Step 1

Line a 4 1/2 x 8 1/2 loaf pan with parchment paper. Adjust oven rack to lower-middle position and preheat to 350°F

Combine the dry ingredients and mix together

Step 3

Mash the bananas and add to the dry ingredients with the remain wet ingredients. Mix until the floury bits disappear

Step 4

Fold in nuts if using

Step 5

Bake until well risen and golden brown or to an internal temperature of around 206°F ~70 mins
