Place the banana slices into the pan in a single layer. Cook until the bottom turns a beautiful golden-brown color ~2-3 minutes You'll want to let the syrup evaporate enough so the bananas can turn golden brown. But add water as needed to prevent the sugar from crystalizing

Step 3

Flip the slices over and let them cook until golden brown the other side. They should be soft and caramelized, but still holding their shape.

Step 4

Remove the pan from the heat and spoon the warm bananas and extra pan sauce
